At Evtopia Academy, we strive to provide high-quality training and learning experiences. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, this Refund Policy outlines the terms under which you may request a refund.


1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase.

  • Refund requests must be submitted through our official support channels (email or Help Center).

  • Refunds apply only if you have not completed more than 20% of the course content.


2. Non-Refundable Cases

We cannot offer refunds in the following cases:

  • You have already accessed/consumed a significant portion of the course (over 20%).

  • Course completion certificates have been issued.

  • Special promotional or discounted courses (clearly marked as non-refundable).

  • Technical issues caused by your device, internet connection, or software incompatibility (though our support team will assist you in resolving these).


3. Refund Method

  • Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method (Telebirr, Chapa, bank transfer, or card).

  • Processing may take 7–14 business days, depending on your payment provider.


4. Course Cancellation by Evtopia Academy

If we must cancel or discontinue a course, you will receive a full refund, regardless of course progress.
